Our Story

Land Mark Estimations was founded on a simple idea: contractors lose too many bids not because their work isn't good enough, but because they don't have the time or resources to put together accurate, competitive estimates. Founded by John Deo, our firm set out to close that gap — giving general contractors, subcontractors, and builders a dedicated estimating partner they could rely on for every bid.

What started as a small team working out of Houston, Texas has grown into a full-service estimating company with over 10 years of experience and 200+ completed projects across the country. Today, we serve contractors in Texas, Florida, California, New York, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, New Jersey, Georgia, and Illinois — supporting everything from residential builds to public infrastructure bids.
